    Team Underminer was formed in October 2014 to nurture new talent cropping up in the Malaysian Dota 2 scene as well as creating a truly professional esports team in the country.
    The team's members was recruited by the team's founder,(IGN: Underminer).

Swedish Media company Modern Times Groups MTG spent $87 million to acquired a majority stake  in ESL’s holding company Turtle Entertainment GmbH.       Team Underminer qualifier for MPGL SEA Season 7 Grand Finals !

      Malaysian Dota 2 team Team Underminer, a squad that has been gaining prominence in the SEA professional circuit, has qualified for the prestigious MPGL SEA Season 7 Grand Finals later this month. The team won the wildcard qualifier tournament after top-seeded outfit Team Malaysia opted to drop out of the tournament to attend the Redbull Battlegrounds tournament in the United States. Team Underminer came out ahead of several other strong local teams, including who2bet, IMBS-PSK, Intrepid, Sabun Warriors and Invasion E-sports. The team, comprising of five young talents from around the country, will now be competing against some of SEA’s finest teams when MPGL commences on May 9 and 10.
